This project was for a residential property developer who we have worked with numerous times. given the desired sale price of this project our client wanted to a ‘high-end’ offering to entice a potential buyer.

As such we wired the property with the flexibility to, at a later date, add either sky or virgin as well as enjoying a 5.1 cinema setup through discrete ceiling speakers. We also installed and wired ceiling speakers in the kitchen and master bedroom to allow the future installation of a multi-room audio solution.

We are pleased to say the client was able to sell this property for their target price, and we would like to think that in a small part we helped to add value to the project.
