Working for a residential property fund we were tasked with ‘adding value’ to an investment property that was being remodelled.

We installed the necessary cable infrastructure to allow terrestrial and satellite television throughout the property. This provided a buyer with the flexibility of numerous locations for televisions as well as flexibility in satellite providers. 

Speakers were also installed through the property with a sonos music system that allows the potential buyer to listen to their personal music, radio and spotify throughout the property.
